The award recognises excellence and innovation in the UAE private-sector labour market.

Under the patronage of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Theyab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, honoured the recipients of the Emirates Labour Market Leadership Award’s third cycle. The award recognises excellence and innovation in the UAE private-sector labour market.
Out of nearly 18,000 applications, 100 winners were chosen by specialised committees based on governance, empowerment, health and safety, innovation, talent management, social responsibility, and other criteria across five main award categories.

Ten sponsors contributed across four tiers: Diamond (DAMAC, Aldar), Platinum (Insurance Complex, Sobha Realty), Gold (du, Emarat, Electronic Documents Centre, National Marine Dredging Company, Al Ansari Exchange), Silver (Abdulwahed Al Rostamani Group).
Dr. Al Awar highlighted that skilled labour grew over 13% in the past year, with 156,000 Emiratis now employed in the private sector. Private-sector establishments rose over 14%, reflecting strong investor confidence. He emphasised that recognising labour market excellence aligns with the UAE’s vision for a competitive knowledge economy and global labour market leadership.
