UAE: 50% traffic fine discount in Umm Al Quwain

The Umm Al Quwain Police on Thursday announced a 50 per cent discount in traffic fines to mark the golden jubilee celebrations of the UAE and the Ministry of Interior.
It is valid on violations committed before August 1, 2021. The discount can be availed from September 5, 2021 to September 9, 2021, Umm Al Quwain Police stated on their social media handle.
However, the offer is not valid for dangerous driving, changes in a vehicle’s engine or chassis, etc.
