Dubai: Parkin has announced a major expansion of Dubai’s public parking subscription system, introducing 15 new and updated categories following a comprehensive overhaul designed to offer residents and visitors more flexible and accessible parking options across key residential, commercial and development zones.

According to the updated structure, subscription prices now range from Dh100 per month, the lowest tier available for students and employees of private educational institutions, to Dh500 per month for side-street and open-yard parking, the highest-priced category.

Parkin has also introduced bundled quarterly packages, including a Dh1,400 three-month option for areas such as Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai Hills, equivalent to approximately Dh467 per month.

The expanded system includes side-streets and yard parking, offering users flexible access to various zones across Dubai from Dh500 per month, with the option to register up to three vehicles under the same traffic file — an ideal option for daily commuting or shopping.

Dedicated yard-only subscriptions in zones B and D are available from Dh250 per month for users who require long-duration or overnight parking for up to 24 hours. In major development areas, Parkin now offers flexible packages for Dubai Silicon Oasis (Zone H) starting from Dh1,400 for three months, as well as limited-zone permits from Dh1,000 for the same period.

In Dubai Hills (631G), where demand for parking continues to grow, Parkin has made subscriptions available for up to one full year, starting from Dh1,400 every three months. Long-term permits are also available at Wasl Real Estate W/WP zones from Dh300 per month as a cost-effective alternative to daily parking.

Reduced-rate categories have also been introduced for private education staff, who can obtain monthly permits from Dh100 for side-streets and yard parking within 500 metres of their workplace in zones A, B, C and D. Students can access similar benefits starting from Dh100 a month within 500 metres of their educational institution.

For users who spend long hours in the city centre, Parkin offers a multi-storey parking subscription starting from Dh735 per month. Additional development-zone packages include Dubai Studio City (Dh315 per month for access to 869 spaces), Dubai Outsource City (Dh315 for 141 spaces), Dubai Sports City (Dh300 for 875 spaces), and Dubai International Academic City (starting at Dh315 for 1,850 spaces).

Further subscriptions are available for Dubai Production City (from Dh315 per month for 5,650 spaces) and Dubai Science Park (from Dh315 for 777 spaces in Zone 672F).

Parkin confirmed that the expanded system aims to improve ease of access to parking and provide a diverse range of solutions tailored to daily and seasonal needs. The company encouraged users to download the Parkin app and select the most suitable subscription based on location, usage type and parking duration.
