Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Police and Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority teams have successfully controlled a fire that broke out this morning in a building in the city of Abu Dhabi.
No injuries were reported in the blaze.
The police and the Civil Defence evacuated the building, located on the main Abu Dhabi Island, as a precautionary measure, and cooling and smoke removal operations have been completed now.
The authorities have begun their investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
Abu Dhabi Police and Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority urged the public to seek information from official sources only.
