The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority has ordered the administrative closure of Desert Breeze Cafe in the Al Dhafra region, citing repeated food safety violations that pose a risk to public health.

The outlet, located in Madinat Zayed Western Souk, was found to be in breach of Abu Dhabi’s food safety law and its implementing regulations, the authority said.

The authority said the decision followed inspection reports documenting recurring violations and the establishment’s failure to implement effective corrective measures.

Authorities said immediate action was required to protect consumer health and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

The closure will remain in effect until the establishment rectifies the violations and meets the required safety conditions.
