Dubai: Qatar announced the detection of 343 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of people infected with COVID-19 to 114,097.
No new fatalities were reported over the past 24 hours, keeping the country’s death tally at 190, according to the latest coronavirus update by the Ministry of Public Health on Thursday.
The total number of recovered cases climbed to 110,957 as 330 COVID-19 patients have made full recovery. There are 3,134 active cases, including 438 critical and 74 serious cases under intensive care.
A further 4,607 people have tested for COVID-19, taking the total number of people tested to 538,602.
