The UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has announced that private sector employees will work two hours less per day during Ramadan.

Companies are also allowed to introduce flexible or remote work arrangements, depending on the nature of their business, to help staff balance work and fasting while maintaining productivity throughout the holy month.
