Low-cost Indian carrier IndiGo announced on Monday evening that several flight arrivals and departures from Dubai, Doha, Bahrain, Dammam, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Ras AI Khaimah and Tbilisi had been impacted following Iran’s strikes on a US base in Qatar and the subsequent closure of airspace by Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.

“We are actively monitoring the situation and adjusting our operations to ensure the highest level of safety for our customers and crew,” the airline said.

The airline advised passengers to check their flight status on its website.

“We understand that diversions/delays disrupt travel plans, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused,” the carrier said.

“Our teams remain fully committed to assisting you and will continue to make all necessary decisions with care and responsibility. The safety and well-being of our customers remain our utmost priority,” it added.
