Saudi man arrested for posing as policeman

Abu Dhabi: A Saudi man who posed as a policeman to commit fraud has been arrested and remanded in police custody, Lt Colonel Hussain Al Qahtani, spokesperson of the Madinah Police, said.

Al Qahtani added the man, in his 40s, also stopped workers and robbed their money.

All legal measures were taken to refer the man to the Public Prosecution pending further questioning and trial, police said.
