Dubai: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched “Nusuk Umrah”, a new digital platform that allows Muslims worldwide to apply directly for Umrah visas and book pilgrimage services online through the platform (umrah.nusuk.sa), eliminating the need for intermediaries.

Available at umrah.nusuk.sa and through the Nusuk app on Google Play and Apple’s App Store, the service offers a full range of options, from e-visas to hotel reservations, transportation, cultural tours, and support services.

Pilgrims can choose ready-made packages or tailor their own itineraries through a multilingual interface linked to government systems, ensuring a secure and seamless process. Users can also customise packages to meet their specific needs.

The initiative opens the door for millions of Muslims around the world to book their pilgrimage journeys with ease.

Officials said the platform marks a major step forward in digitising religious travel and reflects Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goal of making Umrah and Hajj more accessible to millions of Muslims around the world.
