Dubai: Qatar's Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) announced 1026 new confirmed cases of coronavirus, taking the overall tally of confirmed infections up to 86,488, the Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported.
A total of 1,354 people have recovered from the disease in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of people recovered in Qatar to 66,763 cases. One more coronavirus-related death has also been confirmed, pushing the country’s death toll 94.
The ministry also revealed 14 new cases have been admitted to intensive care due to health complications resulting from infection with the virus, bringing the total number of critical cases that are currently in critical care to 224 cases.
