Dubai: Another 239 people have tested positive for the coronavirus in Qatar taking the total number of confirmed infections to 122,214.
According to the Ministry of Public Health, 231 of today’s cases are local while 8 are from travellers returning from abroad who are subject to quarantine.

The ministry also recorded 213 recoveries from the virus during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases recovered in Qatar to 119,144.
In addition, the ministry announced one death, aged 82, who had received the necessary medical care, pushing the country’s death toll to 208.
