Dubai: Oman’s Embassy in the UAE has announced that Omani citizens can enter the UAE starting Monday, June 22.

A statement issued by Oman’s Embassy in Abu Dhabi said: “The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Abu Dhabi affirms that Omani citizens who have permission to enter the UAE must provide a medical certificate (PCR) confirming that they are free of the coronavirus from one of the hospitals and medical centres accredited by the Ministry of Health in the Sultanate.”

“The embassy also notes that the medical certificate is compulsory to enter the country as of June 22, 2020, as part of the measures taken by the UAE to limit the spread of the coronavirus,” the statement added.
