Cairo: Two Asian men have died after a fire ripped through a residence of farm workers in Kuwait, the country’s firefighting service said.
Two firefighting teams rushed to the scene of the blaze in the area of Al Wafra in southern Kuwait and put it out, the Kuwait Fire Service Directorate added.

The bodies of the two victims will be handed over to criminal evidence authorities, Kuwaiti newspaper Al Jarida reported today. Neither the nationalities or the ages of the dead were given.
The cause of the fire, which broke out early Monday, is not clear yet.
Foreigners account for nearly 3.4 million of Kuwait’s 4.8 million population.
