Cairo: Kuwait today confirmed 614 new cases of the coronavirus over the past 24 hours, taking the country’s overall infections to 105,182, the Kuwaiti news agency KUNA reported.
Three more deaths from COVID-19 have been recorded, raising Kuwait’s fatality tally due to the disease to 610, the Health Ministry’s spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al Sanad said.
There are 133 patients receiving intensive care treatment, he added in an update.
Kuwait’s total virus tests have reached 747,233 after 4,436 tests have been done over the past 24 hours.
The Health Ministry said that the overall recoveries in Kuwait have climbed to 96,688 after 639 more patients have recovered from COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.
