The Met Office forecasts humid weather conditions to continue over the weekend

Dubai: Temperatures in the UAE were forecast to soar up to 46°C today, according to the Met Office.

The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) stated these high temperatures were expected especially in the Eastern regions of the country.

However, while temperature highs were forecast to be between 38 and 42, the lowest temperature recorded today was 21.6°C in Raknah, Al Ain.

According to the NCM, cloudy skies can be expected on Friday, July 11, especially eastward of the country. Humid weather conditions can also be expected on Friday night and Saturday morning, July 11 and 12, respectively.

Wind speeds are also forecast to reach up to 35km/hr this weekend.
