Dubai: Dusty conditions swept across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah from morning into the afternoon, significantly reducing visibility and prompting safety warnings from authorities.

Drivers are urged to exercise caution on the roads, and residents especially those with dust allergies or respiratory conditions are advised to stay indoors where possible.

Looking ahead, the National Center of Meteorology (NCM) forecasts partly to mostly cloudy skies on Saturday, particularly over eastern and southern regions, with a chance of light rainfall. Winds will range from light to moderate (Southeasterly to Northeasterly), occasionally freshening during the day and stirring up dust, with speeds of 10–25 km/h, gusting up to 40 km/h.

Sea conditions are expected to be slight to moderate in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
