The RTA offers diverse roles across departments, open to both expats and citizens
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has opened applications for a wide range of full-time positions, welcoming both UAE nationals and expatriates to join its growing team. As the body responsible for managing the city’s roads, metro, buses, trams, and marine transport, the RTA is recruiting for managerial, specialist, and technical roles across several departments.
This hiring drive comes as the RTA undertakes major initiatives to enhance Dubai’s mobility network and urban infrastructure. The authority is set to deliver 57 strategic road projects by 2027, aimed at easing traffic congestion and accommodating the city's rapid expansion.
New hires will also contribute to smart mobility solutions powered by AI and drones, help grow the city’s cycling network, and support the rollout of autonomous taxis in 2025 — part of the RTA’s goal to achieve 25% autonomous mobility by 2030. Other projects include livable city enhancements like the Al Barsha 2 Model District.
The RTA is currently undertaking major initiatives, offering diverse and impactful roles across various departments. All job listings are available on the official RTA's careers page.
