One of the most anticipated upgrades in the future is the Dubai Metro's Blue Line, which is expected to serve 350,000 passengers

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced temporary traffic diversions in Academic City, coinciding with the launch of construction works on the Dubai Metro Blue Line.

Diversions include:

Closing 63rd Street in both directions in from of the German International School, with access to Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Street
Alternative entry and exit for the German International School Dubai

Motorists are advised to plan their journeys in advance and use alternative routes to ensure smooth commutes.
