Dubai traffic alert: Multiple accidents reported on major road causing heavy traffic

Dubai: Motorists will experience delays as heavy traffic congestion was reported this morning, due to multiple accidents, on a major UAE road.

Live updates on navigation applications like Google Maps and Waze, reported multiple accidents on the E611 road towards Abu Dhabi.

According to TrafficDXB on X, formerly Twitter, “multiple accidents were reported on E611 near Reemram (towards Abu Dhabi) causing a massive jam starting from Villanova/Habtoor Polo Club.”

The Dubai Police also urged motorists to stay safe by adhering to safety measures and to slow down on roads.

Recently, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) also revealed partial closures on key Dubai roads as part pf the infrastructure upgrade campaign, which is aimed at improving traffic flow and road safety.
