2 lamb fillet |
5 grams sweet paprika |
100kg yoghurt |
10 grams cumin powder |
10 grams coriander powder |
10 grams ginger |
1 clove garlic |
30 grams lemon slice |
50 grams pepper |
50 grams rock Salt |
Method
1. Remove any skin/fat from the lamb fillets.
2. Cut lamb fillets into 3 to 4cm cubes.
3. Mix all ingredients together in medium-sized bowl .
4. Place in marinade and leave for six hours.
5. Put pieces of lamb on skewer and season with rock salt.
6. Place on hot grill and cook on all sides for three minutes.
7. Remove from grill and let rest for six minutes.
8. Serve and enjoy.
