His Excellency Humaid Al Qutami, Director General of Dubai Health Authority (DHA), stressed that DHA is committed to achieving a comprehensive and sophisticated health system that is in line with modern international trends.
DHA’s standards, equipment, technologies and practical solutions make Dubai the best choice for regional investment and health tourism and at the same time provides the community with quality health services.

Al Qutami was speaking at DHA’s sixth Ramadan Gathering, which was attended by DHA employees, officials, local media and strategic partners. 
At the gathering, Al Qutami honoured the local media and members of DHA government games team as well as Dr Mehnaz Kamali, the prizewinner of the NAS championship this year.

Annual tradition

Al Qutami said the Ramadan gathering has become an important annual tradition, in addition to the various gatherings and activities that bring the DHA family together, in order to enhance the spirit of the team and strengthen relations in order to achieve the authority’s goals.

He added that the authority is fortunate that the nature of its work and its noble mission is responsible for the happiness of others, alleviating the suffering of patients and preserving the health and life of the members of society.

Sparing no effort

Al Qutami stressed that the expertise and competence of the authority’s hospitals, health centres and medical clinics are of great value and that the authority will spare no effort in assisting and enabling its human cadres perform their roles, especially those related to development work.

At the gathering, the audience interacted with the expert on happiness, Fahed Al Hulk, who delivered a practical lecture titled Optimism, renewal and change — positives in our lives.
