Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has introduced a new methodology for promotions in line with the laws and regulations of the Government of Dubai and the principles of transparency and clarity. Since the beginning of this year, more than 1,000 employees were promoted. DHA adopted the mechanism after in-depth analysis and reviews and has established a central committee constituting experts from different departments.

“The new initiatives are an important addition to the others that are already in place and will help foster a productive work environment, boost employee morale and motivate employees,” said His Excellency Humaid Al Qatami, Chairman of the Board and Director-General of DHA, adding that the methodology will help boost employee happiness.
