Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a message of congratulations to Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister Saudi Arabia, on his appointment as the Prime Minister.
