How to register for food and beverage kiosk and trolley spaces for Season 30
Dubai: Global Village, one of the UAE’s most popular family entertainment and cultural destinations, is now accepting registrations for kiosks and trolleys ahead of its milestone Season 30. Culinary entrepreneurs and food and beverage (F&B) business owners are invited to showcase their cuisine and creativity to millions of guests in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
Known for bringing together international flavours and experiences, Global Village offers a prime opportunity for both established brands and start-up food concepts to thrive. The Kiosks & Trolleys category provides flexible, customisable setups, with operational support that includes assistance with staff visas and infrastructure needs.
In Season 29, Global Village welcomed more than 10.5 million guests and hosted over 250 dining outlets, many of which reported strong performance and brand exposure. The diverse audience and high footfall make it an attractive option for entrepreneurs looking to launch or expand their culinary businesses in the UAE.

Successful applicants can look forward to exclusive benefits and operational support throughout the season. Global Village is committed to offering a supportive environment where creative food ventures can flourish.
In June, ahead of the upcoming season, Global Village also opened applications for two other key categories: Restaurants and Coffee Shops and the Open Market. These areas are located in prominent sections of the park, including the multicultural Road of Asia and the vibrant Indian Chaat Bazaar, providing even more opportunities for F&B and retail entrepreneurs to engage with a diverse customer base.
Global Village closed for the summer on May 18, 2025, after concluding a highly successful Season 29. Although the official reopening date for Season 30 has yet to be confirmed, the destination is expected to welcome guests again in October, in line with its typical operating season from October to May.
