Bollywood technician lands surprise Big Ticket win with free entry

Abu Dhabi: Big Ticket Abu Dhabi continues to transform lives across social and professional spectrums – from drivers and delivery staff to engineers and entrepreneurs, and now, a youngster working in the Hindi film industry – Bollywood.

The popular raffle draw, known for its life-changing cash prizes, has once again proven that luck knows no boundaries. The latest winner is Nishank Jain – a behind-the-scenes professional from Bollywood. The 23-year-old Delhi resident has pocketed Dh50,000 in the weekly e-draw.

Nishank got lucky thanks to a free ticket he received as part of a bundle offer.

He’s been buying Big Ticket entries for the past 2-3 years, hoping that one day he’d get a surprise call from show host Richard. However, when it finally came, the moment wasn’t without suspense.
Richard tried calling Nishank’s Indian number twice during the live draw, but both attempts went unanswered. Eventually, the team got through and Nishank’s joy was unmissable.
“I’ve been buying Big Ticket entries for the past few years,” said a thrilled Nishank.

Asked about what he would do with the winnings, he said: “I haven’t made any plans for the prize money yet.”

Nishank noted that he’ll continue trying his luck and urges others to do the same: “I’ll keep purchasing tickets and encourage others to try their luck as well.”
