Yemeni man kills sister on New Year's eve

Dubai: A Yemeni man launched a deadly attack on his sister as she celebrated New Year's eve, according to a report on Sunday.
 
The suspect stabbed the woman with a knife several times before he shot her dead with a rifle, according to Khabar website.

The motive of the murder is not clear.

Police have arrested the suspect and are investigating the incident.
