Cairo: A man has survived after a tiger pounced on him in a zoo in the Saudi capital Riyadh, Saudi media reported Sunday.
The man, believed to be a Sudanese national, appears in a viral video lying on the ground and being mauled by the tiger before a security guard saves him by firing tranquiliser shots at the predator.
The man was taken to hospital with injuries in the neck and the feet.
He is reportedly in stable condition.
