Three Saudis arrested for Riyadh burglaries

Abu Dhabi: The Saudi police have arrested three Saudi men, in their 30s, for allegedly committing a number of home burglaries in the Saudi capital Riyadh, police said.

Major Khaled Al Kredis, assistant spokesman for the Riyadh police, said the trio allegedly stole equipment and and possessions, worth 140,000 riyals (Dh137,107).

The men were remanded in custody and legal measures were taken against them to refer them to the Public Prosecution, Major Al Kredis said.
