Saudi national falls into a deep well, rescued by Civil Defence

47-year-old man broke his left hand and was admitted to hospital

Abu Dhabi: Saudi Civil Defence teams have rescued a Saudi man, 47, who fell into a 25-metre-deep well in Wadi Al Ahsabah, Wadi Al Ahsabah, Al Marwah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, said Colonel Jamaan Bin Dayis Al Ghamidi, spokesperson of the Al Baha Civil Defence.

The civil defence teams found that the 47-year-old Saudi man fell into an agricultural well with a depth of 25 metres. The water height of the well is estimated to be 10 metres. The man broke his left hand, had bruises on the left leg and lower back. He was admitted to Al Makhwat Hospital , Colonel Al Ghamidi said.

Colonel Al Ghamidi urged everyone to take the necessary precautions while venturing into such areas.
