Dubai: The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) has organizationally put under the purview of the prime minister office, according to a royal order.
The royal order also directed that the Board of Directors of the SAIP would be headed by the Minister of State Mohammed Bin Abdul Malik Al Sheikh, who is also a member of the Cabinet.
The authority was previously under the purview of the Ministry of Commerce.
