Dubai: Saudi rescue teams have retrieved the bodies of two women who drowned while swimming near Jazan beach. They, however, managed to rescue a third one, local media reported.

On receiving information on Wednesday, rescue teams were dispatched to the site behind the College of Medicine at Jazan University in the city of Jazan, southwest of the Kingdom to rescue the three women. However, they could save only one who was given first aid before being shifted to hospital. Her condition is said to be stable.

Saudi authorities urged the public to be extra cautious and avoid swimming during unstable weather.
