Dubai: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched a multilingual online survey to assess pilgrim satisfaction following the 2025 Hajj season.

Open to both domestic and international pilgrims, the survey invites participants to share their experiences and feedback.

Available in nine languages, including Arabic, English, Spanish, Persian, French, Hindi, Malay, Turkish, and Chinese, the initiative is part of the ministry’s efforts to align services with pilgrims’ expectations and support the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by ensuring a smooth and enriching pilgrimage experience.

The survey is designed to evaluate the Hajj journey from a personal perspective, reinforcing the ministry’s commitment to ongoing service enhancement.

Pilgrims are encouraged to take part, with the ministry noting that the feedback will be directly used to inform improvements in quality and operational efficiency.
