Saudi Arabia: Here’s when learners can drive on road

Abu Dhabi: The minimum driving age in Saudi Arabia is 18 years according to Hijri calendar, while learners can drive the road at 17 Hijri years of age under supervision, according to the Saudi Traffic Department.

The Hijri or lunar calendar lags behind the Gregorian or solar calendar by around 11 days every year.
