Policemen killed in Saudi attack

Dubai: Two policemen were killed on Sunday morning during an armed raid on a convoy transporting money in Al Qateef in Saudi Arabia.

The two men came under intense fire from armed attackers, resulting in their death,” the spokesperson for the police in the Eastern Province said.

He named the two servicemen as Shuja Ali Al Shimmari and Othman Shayem Al Rasheedi.

The police are investigating the terrorist attack, he added.
