Dubai: Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, on Sunday issued Emiri decision appointing Dr. Sultan Salmeen Saeed Al Mansouri as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the UAE.

Sheikh Tamim issued decision No.57 of 2023 to appoint Al Mansouri as an ambassador to the UAE. Earlier, Al Mansouri served as Qatar’s ambassador to China and Austria.
