Dubai: Qatar announced the detection of 267 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of confirmed infections to 120,641.
No fatalities have been reported during the past 24 hours, keeping the country’s death tally at 205, the Ministry of Public Health said on Wednesday during its latest coronavirus update.
A further 249 infected patients have fully recovered, pushing the country’s overall recovered cases to 117,746. Active cases are now 2,895, including 400 critical and 51 serious who are under intensive care.
The ministry conducted 4,163 PCR tests during the last 24 hours, taking the total number of people tested across the country to 672,009.
