Dubai: Qatar has reported 441 new cases of the novel coronavirus, bringing the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 107,482, the Ministry of Public Health said today.

Three people have died from complications caused by COVID-19, taking the country’s death tally to 163, according to the ministry’s latest coronavirus updates.

The total number of recovered cases rose to 104,461 after 450 infected patients made a full recovery during the past 24 hours.

The ministry conducted 4,630 PCR tests, raising to 455,798 the total number of people tested for coronavirus since the outbreak of the COVID-19 contagion.

There are 3,067 active cases, including 551 critical and 113 seriously ill patients under intensive care.
