Dubai: Qatar on Sunday reported 297 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 112,763.
Two people have died from complications caused by the COVID-19 virus, taking the country’s death tally to 184, according to the Ministry of Public Health.
The ministry also announced that 271 more recoveries have been reported during the last 24 hours, pushing the total number of recovered cases to 109,709.
The ministry conducted 3,535 PCR tests for COVID-19, taking the total number of people tested to 520,360. There are 3,054 active cases, including 418 critical and 80 serious cases under intensive care.
