Dubai: Qatar announced 235 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 122,241.

No fatalities have been reported during the past 24 hours, keeping the country’s death tally at 208, the Ministry of Public Health said during its latest coronavirus update today.

An additional 256 infected patients have fully recovered, pushing the country’s overall recovered cases to 119,400. Active cases are now 2,841, including 415 critical and 55 serious who are still under intensive care.

A further 4,568 people conducted PCR tests during the last 24 hours, taking the total number of people tested across the country to 704,982.
