His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, inaugurated an exhibition titled Mosques Around the World at the Qanat.
Al Qasba on Sunday. The exhibition was opened to the public in the presence of Jamal Salem Al Turaifi, Director General of Awfaq General Trust, and Marwan Jasim Al Sarkal, Chief Executive of Qanat Al Qasba Development Authority.
The photographs exhibited showcased the architectural splendour of mosques across the world - from regions as varied as Russia and the Far East.
Dr Shaikh Sultan also reviewed the exhibition of Iraqi artist Mahmoud Hassan titled Wejdaniat, featuring 35 ceramic artworks.
