Dubai: Three people have been arrested in Oman’s Al Buraimi Governorate on charges of stealing from a house and another accused has been arrested in Muscat Governorate for being involved in a case involving drugs and psychotropic substances, local media reported.

A statement issued by the Royal Oman Police said: “With the participation of police dogs, the Directorate General of Combatting Drugs and Psychotropic Substances managed to seize 20 kg of morphine and 42 kg of crystal drug on the beach of the Wilayat of Qurayyat and arrested one of the accused involved in the case. Legal procedures are being completed against him.”

Another statement said: ”Al Buraimi Governorate Police Command was able to arrest three people on charges of stealing from a house, and legal procedures are being completed.”
