Kuwait records 26th death from H1N1

Manama: Kuwait on Tuesday said that a man in his 40s became the 26th person to die of H1N1 virus in the country.

Health Ministry Spokesman Dr Qais Al Duwairi told Kuwait News Agency (Kuna) that the patient had been treated with the necessary medication, but his condition remained unstable and he passed away early this morning.

Kuwait's total swine flu cases stand at 7,718 as of late last week, most of which were mild cases that had fully recovered, Kuna said.
