Kuwait government spokesman urges public to take information only from official sources

Kuwait City: The Kuwaiti government spokesman, Tareq Al Mezrem, has urged the public to obtain information only from official sources. Al Mezrem added that the public should not pay attention to what is being said and shared on social media.

Al Mezrem’s statement followed speculation online about the health situation of Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, who flew to the United States on July 23 for medical treatment.
