Cairo: Bahraini King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa has ordered gifts be presented to widows and orphans on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr, the official news agency BNA has reported.

According to the royal order, the gifts will be distributed to all widows and orphans registered with the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), the agency added.

The monarch instructed the RHF, led by his representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs, Shaikh Nasser Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to oversee the distribution of the gifts to all beneficiaries.

Shaikh Nasser lauded the royal gesture, citing the king's keenness to share with the foundation-sponsored families various occasions, BNA said.
