Manama: Bahrain’s civil service bureau (CSI) has set up a hotline to receive complaints and suggestions to help overcome problems.

“We are keen on better relations and communications with human resources in order to improve standards to address problems and difficulties,” the CSI, in charge of the public sector, said.

“We would like to hear about suggestions to boost employees’ aptitudes and improve services and the work flow in the public sector.”

People working in the public sector can either call the dedicated phone number or email the quality and planning directore, the CSI said.

Around 32,000 people work in the government sector in Bahrain favoured by most Bahrainis for its professional environment, seen as less demanding and more secure than that of the private sector.
