Bahrain confirms 32 new coronavirus cases

Dubai: Bahrain recorded 32 new COVID-19 cases, pushing the country’s coronavirus infection count to 850, the Ministry of Health announced.

The ministry also announced the recovery of 18 infected patients, bringing the total recoveries to 495.

The new confirmed cases include six people who came from abroad, and 26 others who had been in contact with the previously diagnosed patients. Of the 26 cases are 18 expatriate workers who were in contact with a previously announced infected patient.

All those who were in contact with the new cases have been put under quarantine.
