Dubai: Popular Pakistani YouTuber Saadur Rehman, widely known as "Ducky Bhai," has been booked for displaying "extreme carelessness and recklessness" after a video surfaced showing him driving his car using only his feet, according to media reports.

The incident drew widespread criticism after Rehman, with 2.6 million Instagram followers, shared footage of himself not only exceeding speed limits but also taking his hands off the steering wheel.

In the video, Ducky Bhai is seen driving at over 200 kilometers per hour, steering with his foot and pretending to sleep with his eyes closed.

The reckless stunt triggered widespread outrage online and drew the attention of authorities.

Public demands action

The clip quickly went viral, with many users criticising the YouTuber for promoting dangerous driving.

Social media users expressed outrage, branding Rehman’s actions “irresponsible” and “disgraceful.” Many also pointed out the irony of a vlogger known for his family-friendly content engaging in such risky behaviour. The public called for swift legal action against the influencer.

Motorway police respond

Acting promptly, the motorway police registered a case against Rehman for violating traffic laws. According to the first information report (FIR) filed at Chakri police station in Rawalpindi on April 19, the YouTuber endangered not only his own life but also the lives of other motorway users.

Charges filed

The FIR stated that Rehman was seen “driving his vehicle with the help of his feet, showing extreme carelessness and recklessness.” It added that his actions amounted to vandalism and created serious safety risks.

According to Dawn News, the case has been registered under Article 67 of the National Highway Safety Ordinance (NHSO) 2000 for reckless driving and Section 279 of the Pakistan Penal Code for rash driving.

Police urge public cooperation

In an official statement, the motorway police confirmed the registration of the case and reiterated their commitment to ensuring safety on national highways. Authorities also urged citizens to support law enforcement efforts by avoiding actions that could endanger lives.
