Dubai: Chef Nouel Catis, the Filipino culinary talent behind the viral Dubai chocolate, is taking his signature flavours home to Manila.

The chocolate bar, known for its pistachio and kunafa layers, has become a global sensation. Catis, the artist behind the creation, has returned to the Philippines for his first local collaboration, teaming up with AF Hospitality’s acclaimed restaurant brands: A Mano, Ramen Ron, and Steak & Frice.

“A sweet homecoming only made possible with the dedication and hard work of our team. For the first time in the Philippines, the Filipino creator of Dubai’s most famous chocolate chef Nouel Catis unveils limited-edition desserts crafted with our head chefs at A Mano, Ramen Ron and Steak & Frice,” AF Hospitality announced in its Instagram post.

Catis’ exclusive creations are now available on the menus of all three restaurants across all locations, offering Filipino food lovers a rare opportunity to experience the craftsmanship that earned global acclaim. The special desserts will be available until June 11.
