Zayed foundation distribute aid to Syrian refugees in Jordan

Thousands receive food parcels and medical kits

Amman: The Khalifa Bin Zayed Humanitarian Foundation (KZHF) on Tuesday began distributing aid to people who sought refuge in Jordan following the escalation of violence in Syria.

The KZHF’s delegation distributed about thousand food parcels and hundreds of medical kits among Syrian families at the Jordanian Red Crescent’s (JRC) headquarters in Amman.

The team will complete distribution of relief items in remote regions and provinces in the coming days.

The project is supervised by the UAE Embassy in Amman and is implemented in cooperation with the JRC.
